About the Recipe

This recipe mixes savory with sweet for an awesome complement. The potatoes are roasted to golden perfection, while the salsa adds a bit of tang. Whether as a side or a tasty snack, it's a surefire accompaniment for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of baby potatoes

  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. basil spice

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/2 cup tomato salsa

  • 1 tsp. maple syrup

  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1: Add the potatoes with olive oil, oregano, basil, and a little salt in one bowl. Mix them well and transfer them to a baking pan.


Step 2: Preheat the oven to 375F and bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes.


Step 3: Mix the tomato salsa with maple syrup, salt, and black pepper for dipping.


Step 4: Once the potatoes are baked, you can serve them in a small bowl.
